Four modules are currently available to accelerate your antibody discovery.
Given a list of antibody nucleotide sequences, Abgermline infers the germline-reverted sequences with the retention of the mature CDR3 regions.
Abcloner
Given antibody single-cell PCR data, Abcloner analyzes and summarizes the genetic features, and provide information for B cell screening and antibody cloning.
Ablineage
Given a list of antibody nucleotide sequences, Ablineage identifies clusters of antibodies that originate from the same family.
Absibling
Given a query antibody sequence, Absibling searches and assembles its sibling sequences with shared origins in provided next-generation sequencing (NGS) data.
